As most of you know, I am both a minister and a teacher of basic health principles. If you are interested in boosting your health, I invite you to join me LIVE on Zoom this Wednesday, May 13, at 4 PM (PT). My topic is: “The Incredible Health Benefits of Growing and Eating LIVE Sprouts and Microgreens!” I will show you scientific evidence, too. I hope you won’t miss this!
During my presentation, I will also demonstrate exactly how YOU can grow lentil sprouts in 2-3 days in your home. It’s so simple. A child can do it. Lentil sprouts are mild-tasting and SUPER HEALTHY. I grew these (see picture below) in just 3 days in a jar, and it only took seconds each day to it.
Pretty mouth-watering, don’t you think? This Wednesday, May 13, at 4 PM (PT), I will teach YOU exactly how to grow lentils, too. After my presentation, I will answer your questions through Zoom chat.

Anytime before 4 PM, just click this link.
If you have used Zoom before, you know what to do.
If you are new to Zoom, you should be taken to a screen asking you to download Zoom. You can ignore this part and click near the bottom “join from your browser.”
This will take you to a screen where you enter your name, check “I’m not a Robot,” then “Join.”
You will then be asked to click “use your computer audio.”
If you don’t have a computer or smart phone with internet access, you can join the meeting with a regular phone by dialing: 1-646-558-8656. When asked to enter a Meeting ID, enter: 327131049. When asked to enter a participant number, Press # to skip.
If you are new to Zoom, I recommend testing this anytime between now and Wednesday at 4 PM.
If you have any trouble, you can call or text the host, Ken Hodges, at 423-534-5461. But please don’t contact him at the last minute!
Here’s one more option. If you don’t want to use Zoom at all, you can still watch the meeting on The Banner Elk SDA Church YouTube Channel here immediately AFTER 4 PM on Wednesday.
