PRAYER ALERT: 3 Angels Fly to Roanoke Virginia June 24,25
Tomorrow Rob Knott and I will fly to Roanoke, Virginia, for a Bible Prophecy seminar inside the Berglund Center.
Here’s the back story: Many weeks ago our team in Roanoke inquired at the Berglund Center about renting the auditorium June 24,25, but there was no response. They checked other public options but struck out. Finally, about 3 weeks ago it was decided to hold our meetings in their church. A flyer was created, and it looked like everything was settled. But then the Berglund Center called and said the auditorium was available! Was there enough time to coordinate with a new printer in Texas to print 40,000 flyers to reach homes in time? Could the church afford the $11,000+ price tag? “Our printer just broke! We can’t do it,” was the response from the printer. Many prayers ascended. “Our printer is fixed!” the printer said shortly thereafter! “Let’s step out in faith that God will provide the money,” was the reply from Roanoke. Will the flyers arrive in time? More prayers ascended. “I just received my flyer today!” someone in Roanoke told us recently. So, all systems go. Tomorrow morning at 6 am Rob Knott and I will board a flight in Spokane heading to Virginia.
Here is the flyer below, and here is a link to a special website promoting this event. If you know anyone who lives near Roanoke, send them the link.
If God leads you to make a donation to help with the cost of this seminar, contact Lee and Patty McLennan (email@example.com).
On Sabbath morning (June 25, 11 am EST) I will give a new message at the Roanoke SDA church called Beelzebub. You can tune in LIVE to that message on the church’s Facebook page (@Roanoke SDA Church) or on their YouTube channel.
These words of Paul apply: “Pray for us, that God would open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ … that I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.” Colossians 4:3,4.
Please join us in earnest prayer that the Holy Spirit will be poured out at the Berglund Center this weekend in Roanoke, Virginia.
